Angels are enthralling creatures.  Known as messengers from God, one can easily envision them as flying from heaven to earth and back again.

This woodwork is another representation of an angel in motion.  Set in baticulating hardwood, this servant seems to have just landed on earth with a jar of promises.

Another notable feature of this sculpture is the way the angel’s robe is carved.  The workmanship suggests movement.  It has captured the essence of an angel at work, a wonderful reminder of God’s provision.
